A new project: accessible simple tooltip
This project was in fact the first one that initiated Van11y project, thanks to @dhoko_ fantastic work and other suggestions on the jQuery accessible simple tooltip.
This simple Tooltip is not intended to be a decorative, when you use it, remember that the information in it will be vocalized when you will focus/hover the element with the tooltip.
